It didn’t do the trick for me, but that’s because my insomnia is simply too difficult to defeat. I really like the content of these though, and I gave some to my friend who said that they helped him a lot.

These work great for me! I have always had issues getting to sleep and staying asleep as well as having a good quality sleep and these worked for me! I have a much deeper sleep and don’t wake up as nearly as many times throughout the night! Melatonin has never really worked for me, but with the other ingredients, it has been a life saver! Will continue to buy! Just wish it wasn’t so pricey is my only complaint.

Helped me sleep when I was going through a lot of stress and anxiety and helped me stay asleep throughout the whole night. Also felt relaxed the day after. Melatonin usually doesn’t do much for me so I was skeptical but I really liked these and I’m surprised they worked as well as they did on me
