What a good mix for my insomnia. I use .25 mg to .5 mg a night . One bottle lasts 3-4 months . Good sleep, don’t tae to much or end up tripping in the middle of the night .

I’m a terrible sleeper. Always have been. Thc doesn’t make me sleepy. Cbd doesn’t make me sleepy. Melatonin doesn’t make me sleepy. All three together have changed the game. Granted I take a few droppers. But the best sleep I’ve had since I was 17.
